Lewis Morris Holyhead panorama
Lewis Morris 1700/1-65 was one of Anglesey's greatet scholars of the C18th. This panorama of Holyhead from circa 1740 is from his MS Cambria's Coasting Pilot courtesy Hydrographic Office, Taunton. This view should be compared with the slightly earlier view due to Francis Place, elsewhere in this collection.
